Methods of Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:

Credit/Debit Card Online

• Please use our secure online payment site - select method B - other payments
• Reason for payment - please write your name and the course reference code.
• Once you have paid you will receive a confirmation transaction number.
• Please email confirmation of payment to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or where applicable use the transaction number to complete the online registration form.
• There is currently no charge for online payment.

Bank transfer

• The transfer should be made to the account of Queen Mary, University of London
• For the reference please use your name & the course reference code.
• Please ensure that the transfer includes any charges made by your own bank and Queen Mary's bank.
• Any excess payment will be refunded to you on request
• After you have transferred your fees to our bank please email documentation from your bank giving details of the transfer together with a cover email stating your full name and intended course of study to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
• For online registrations, please write the date of the transfer and name of bank for your transaction reference..

Internal Transfers

For internal QMUL transfers only

Please provide the budget code to be charged to as your  transaction reference number on the registration form.
