I am a molecular and cellular biologist, working on developing preclinical models of chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) for cell therapy of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).

Specifically, my project focuses on (1) identifying new antigenic targets on PDAC cancer stem cells, (2) developing CARs against these targets, and (3) developing novel strategies to enhance efficacy of CAR therapy in preclinical PDAC models.
