Aneuploidy - an abnormal number of chromosomes - is a common feature in human cancers. We are interested to better understand aneuploidy tolerance in cancer, in particular with regard to monosomy in AML. We are also studying the features of individual chromosome centromere biology underlying chromosome-specific aneuploidy.
