PTA improves genome coverage and calling of variants\, allowing users to profile individual cells to interrogate heterogeneity and clonality in primary samples. To this end\, BioSkryb provides kits for single-cell whole genome amplification (ResolveDNA) and more recently\, whole genome and whole transcriptome (ResolveOME) analysis from the same cell.
