Baker Fellowship to continue

We are pleased to announce that the Baker Fellowship will be continuing following discoveries that have changed the Hodgkin Lymphoma field; the new position will be advertised soon.

Tom Baker suffered from Hodgkin Lymphoma and was treated successfully by Professor John Gribben. As a result he and his wife, Leona Baker, funded a clinical research fellowship for the last four years here at the BCI...

Grant for Endometrial cancer research project in Molecular Oncology

Congratulations to Dr Sarah Martin, whose grant proposal for a project entitled "Targeting Mismatch Repair Deficiency in Endometrial Cancer" has been accepted.

The grant for £179,665 is funded by the charity Wellbeing of Women, which aims to improve healthcare for women and children, and will fund a 3-year postdoctoral position in the Molecular Oncology department...
