Flow Cytometry
This Flow Cytometry Facility is equipped with flow cytometry (Conventional and Spectral), imaging cytometry and mass cytometry instrumentation enabling high-throughput, multi-parametric single cell analysis across a number of disciplines.
Microscopy
The Microscopy Facility provides a variety of light microscopes and imaging systems to suit a wide range of applications.
Pre-clinical Imaging
Modalities offered in this service include microPET, microSPECT, microCT, MRI, bioluminescence, fluorescence and ultrasound.
Tissue Banks
The BCI systematically collects primary and metastatic tissue samples from an array of cancer types to support current and future research.
Bioinformatics
We provide data analysis and consultancy services for high throughput measurements, including DNA and RNA sequencing, epigenomics and proteomics.
Mass Spectrometry
The CRUK Barts Centre Mass Spectrometry Facility provides proteomics and metabolomics flux analysis using Orbitrap instruments capable of high resolution and accurate mass measurements, and sample preparation methods.
