High Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer (HGSOC) is the major subtype of ovarian tumours (70%) with a 5-year survival rate under 10%. Primary tumours as well as metastases are known to display a high immune infiltrate that can be linked to disease outcome. The aim of our study is to characterise in more details the immune infiltrate of human HGSOC metastases.

We particularly focus on understanding the role of B cells in the development of an anti-tumour immune response and analysed the impact of chemotherapy treatment on T cell activation in human metastases.
