I studied my masters at the at the BCI in 2012, and now I'm actually running my own independent lab... I got to experience first-hand what it's like to actually run experiments yourself - troubleshooting. That is something that really drew me to the programme, and it's something that I apply to this day in my own lab.
Our courses equip you to succeed across a range of career paths. 97% of graduates are in work or further study within 15 months, with destinations across academia, healthcare and pharma/biotech. More than one-third of graduates go on to to undertake a postgraduate research degree such as a PhD after graduation.
