Overview
My research focuses on the role of tubulin acetylation in DNA double-strand break repair and how this can be exploited in conjunction with DNA-damaging agents for cancer therapy, with a current primary focus on breast cancer. I investigate the vulnerabilities associated with loss of tubulin acetylation to identify new strategies for targeting DSB mobility and repair in cancer cells.
