Overview
My project focuses on developing a new treatment for Ewing sarcoma and osteosarcoma, which predominantly affect young people. The first step of treatment is causing DNA damage and cell stress through radiolabelled antibodies targeting Ganglioside GD2 on the cancer cells. The next step will use gamma-delta T cells kill the cancer cells through detection of cell stress.
