Overview
My research focuses on liquid biopsies as a minimally invasive approach to monitor tumour dynamics and treatment response in advanced pancreatic cancer. My work is computational, integrating molecular data from circulating tumour DNA with clinical information to track clonal evolution and identify proteogenomic biomarkers associated with treatment response, aiming to improve patient stratification and enable more timely, personalised adjustments to therapy. I am funded by the Wellcome Trust through the Health Data in Practice Doctoral Training Programme.
