Overview
I lead the operation of a clinical trial unit responsible for the set up and management of a portfolio of investigator-led, early phase, oncology international and national CTIMP clinical trials. I am responsible for collaborating with external funders and partners including IMP manufacturers, funders and laboratories at a national and international level. Budget and resource forecasting. I am knowledgeable in all phases and aspects of clinical trials from set up to closure. I am also responsible for strategy planning of Barts Centre for Experimental Cancer Medicine, part of the nationwide ECMC network. I have an interest in translational oncology with a PhD focusing on prognostic and predictive biomarkers in urological cancers. Translational lead for Barts ECMC and ECMC Bladder Cancer Network Group.
