Overview
I am a generalist bioinformatician in the PharosAI project, focusing primarily on WGS, RNA-Seq and spatial transcriptomics technologies. I am responsible for data management and data analysis, often working closely with wet lab and IT teams within QMUL, external commercial partners and PharosAI colleagues based at other UK institutions. In addition to my PharosAI activities, I am also involved in Professor Claude Chelala's research projects, in particular the group's work on field cancerisation and ctDNA.
