Overview
My research centers on aggressive lymphomas, with a current focus on primary CNS lymphoma, and is driven by a strong interest in advancing liquid biopsy technologies. I specialize in circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) genotyping to identify and track lymphoma-specific alterations in biological fluids (e.g. plasma, cerebrospinal fluid), enabling minimally invasive disease monitoring and real-time assessment of treatment response and minimal residual disease. By integrating ctDNA analysis with (tumour-informed) or without (tumour-agnostic) tumour tissue genotyping, my work aims to refine molecular characterization, deepen our understanding of disease biology, and bring precision medicine approaches closer to routine clinical practice.
