Overview

My research focuses on understanding how cancer therapies modulate angiocrine signalling from both tumour and pre-metastatic lung vasculature, and how these vascular–immune interactions shape treatment responses and metastatic progression. To address these questions, I have developed and optimised unifocal lung cancer mouse models that enable clinically relevant evaluation of image-guided radiotherapy and combination therapies. I am now seeking to transition to an independent research position, where I aim to exploit the immunomodulatory functions of vascular endothelial cells to develop novel therapeutic strategies that enhance anti-tumour immunity and improve cancer treatment outcomes.
