Overview
I am a bioinformatician in the group of Jessica Okosun focused on the analysis of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data derived from Lymphoma patients. I am currently working on projects involving disease detection in liquid biopsies from Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma (PCNSL) and the single cell characterisation of transformed Follicular Lymphoma. I also develop pipelines and packages using cutting edge software to automate and streamline all the informatics processes within the lab.
