Overview
I am a molecular biologist with an interest in developing clinically relevant biomarkers to support earlier disease detection, predict treatment response, and inform clinical management in pancreatic and breast cancer. I use a wide array of laboratory techniques to functionally characterise findings from the integration of large-scale genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic data, alongside approaches that explore tumour heterogeneity and disease evolution, including the use of minimally invasive liquid biopsies.
