Overview
My research investigates how kinase signalling regulates epithelial junctional integrity, with a particular focus on mechanisms disrupted in colitis and colitis associated colorectal cancer. In parallel lead projects dissecting the roles of kinases within the YAP/TAZ pathway, a central driver of metastasis, therapeutic resistance, and stromal reprogramming across multiple cancer types. I also have a particular interest in integrating functional screening data to identify signalling patterns and uncover previously unrecognised biological mechanisms.
