Overview

My research focuses on understanding the biological heterogeneity underlying non-Hodgkin lymphomas and identifying the mechanisms that drive divergent clinical outcomes, particularly in patients with poor-risk disease. I specialise in applying single-cell (epi)genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic approaches to investigate the spatial and longitudinal dynamics of both tumour-intrinsic and extrinsic features in lymphoma patients. By integrating experimental and computational methods, my research aims to generate insights into the biological determinants of disease progression and treatment response, to inform future risk stratification and therapeutic strategies.
