Overview
I investigate mathematical properties of somatic evolution in the context of both cancerous and healthy tissue. Predicting patterns of genetic heterogeneity based on tissue properties can aid in quantifying cell behaviour in complex tissue architectures, as well as improve our understanding of oncogenesis and early tumour development.
