Overview
My research is focused on the generation and use of bone marrow organoids (BMOs) as living “avatars” to model how breast cancer spreads to and reshapes the bone marrow niche. By combining iPSC-derived organoids with cancer cell lines and patient samples, I investigate early metastatic events and how treatments alter this process, aiming to uncover new therapeutic vulnerabilities.
