Overview
My PhD investigates how glycosylated extracellular matrix regulates anti-tumour immunity in high-grade serous ovarian cancer. Using decellularised tumour models, immune cell profiling and spatial molecular approaches, my project aims to understand how ECM glycans influence immune cell phenotype, localisation and crosstalk. The translational goal is to identify whether targeting ECM glycosylation can remodel immunosuppressive tumour microenvironments and enhance immune-mediated tumour killing.
