Overview
I am investigating how chemotherapy impacts the heterogeneity and plasticity of cancer cells and the tumour microenvironment in colorectal cancer liver metastases. We are applying scRNA/ATAC-seq, spatial transcriptomics and patient-derived organoids, connected with clinical information from patients.
