Overview
I manage the BCI Flow Cytometry Facility, providing training, technical support, and guidance on all cytometry platforms. My background is in translational breast cancer research, with a focus on epigenetics and immunotherapy combinations. I support researchers in designing, executing, troubleshooting, and analysing flow cytometry experiments, and in selecting the most appropriate techniques, including conventional, spectral, imaging cytometry and cell sorting. My expertise includes complex panel design, experimental planning, methods development and high-dimensional data analysis. I am also actively involved in the London Cytometry Club and serve on educational committees for the International Society for Advancement of Cytometry (ISAC).
