Overview
My research uses patient-derived organoids and primary stromal cell co-cultures to model pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma in a clinically relevant setting. I explore how tumour heterogeneity and microenvironmental cross-talk drive invasion and therapy resistance, with the aim of improving treatment strategies.
