Overview
I study the early stages of high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC), which begins in the fallopian tube and is generally driven by TP53 mutations. Using 3D models of human fallopian tube cells with these mutations and other key mutations, alongside clinically derived fibroblasts and immune cells, I investigate how the microenvironment supports early cancer spread.
