Overview
My research focuses on using Imaging Mass Cytometry (IMC) and computational spatial analysis to characterise the tumour microenvironment in pancreatic cancers and neoplasms. I integrate single-cell phenotyping, spatial modelling, and digital pathology to identify tissue-architecture features and biomarkers linked to disease progression.
