Overview
My research focuses on understanding how metabolic pathways and signalling networks drive acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) progression and therapeutic resistance. I use genome-wide CRISPR/Cas9 screening, targeted drug approaches, and in vivo models to identify metabolic vulnerabilities that can be exploited to improve treatment responses. Ultimately, my work aims to translate these findings into more effective, metabolism-informed therapies for AML.
