Overview
My project focuses on identifying HLA Class I presented peptides in oncogene amplified cancers through mass spectrometry immunopeptidomics. These peptides found in high-level copy number amplified oncogene amplicons that could activate CD8 T cell activation could be good potential therapeutic targets.
