Overview
My research focuses on cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC), where I use bioinformatic and computational approaches to study tumor progression and identify molecular pathways that differentiate high-risk from low-risk lesions. I am investigating the key transcriptomic changes that occur during the transition from actinic keratosis to invasive and metastatic cSCC, with the goal of improving risk stratification. I also work as a bioinformatician in the Cancer Research UK Barts Centre Bioinformatics Core Facility, supporting institute-wide research through collaborative data analysis.
